Aston Clinton Manager

Found out yesterday that the Aston Clinton Manager has had to step down for work reasons, and Mark Foster who has been working along side him has taken it on. Nice result yesterday as well. Think Old Bradwell have major problems though.

Not a chance...........had a long chat with Paul this week and he is loving it over at Codicote!

 

I think they have lost only twice since he has been there.............and he has brought some decent new players into the team.

 

To think that Aston started the season with 3 management staff and at the end of last week had none! But this is football!

Monkey Monkey, I'm still involved just can't be there all the time now so Mark is taking it on. The team that I have put together will stay together and hopefully we will win something by the end of the season.

Monkey Monkey, I'm still involved just can't be there all the time now so Mark is taking it on. The team that I have put together will stay together and hopefully we will win something by the end of the season.

 

 

Talc - i hope they do stay together, great bunch of lads and deserve to win something with the performances they have so far.

 

I only say that it wont make much difference who the manager is in the fact that the players are that good......

Yes but if Paul Tompkins could somehow be persuaded to return to London Road, Prodigal Son style, wouldn't that be the icing on the cake for you this season as you hopefully go on to take the Division 2 Championship, Challenge Trophy, Division 2 Cup and Berks & Bucks FA Intermediate Cup

Im not with Aston anymore.................i left after the win at hillingdon boro.

 

I dont think that will happen.........my thoughts are that paul has settled with codicote and aston's chairman is taking over till the end of the season....then they will look to appoint.
