But didn't you have him,didn't play him (much) & then he returned to us?.

 

 

No Cookie Ramsgate had him on a months loan but for the first 2 weeks he was getting back into playing after sitting on the bench for Margate for 6 weeks so had 20 mins here and there.

 

As soon as he played and Ramsgate showed an interest in keeping him he was called back.

So you (Ramsgate) had him,he didnt play very much & then he came back to us. Thats what I said wasn't it but thanks for confirming it .

Ha ha Chris, Robin Trott. Although he has got the best managerial record for us in recent seasons. And if AFC Dons had been docked their original number of points we'd have been in the play offs and who knows. Don't know what to make of my next comment but the fact is Robin Trott is the best manager we've had recently. I know he had the budget and there were some superb performances under him but then who can forget performances like the cup game versus Potters Bar. It's a funny old game. Should never have booted out Kinnear after all his loyalty - who made that decision, hmmm?

A sad indictment on the other men we have had at the helm post Kinnear! Lets not forget Trott had the biggest budget and arguably we had the best squad in the division (on paper) so the fact we failed to even make the play offs two seasons running makes him the biggest failure in my book!
