Great comeback, not helped by a truly appalling refereeing performance: two stonewall penalties and one strong shout waved away; Blackburne pulled down on the edge of the box when about to go one-on-one, not even a free kick (and you know I'm not normally one to moan about refs. He was that bad).

 

Maybe the triple substitution was five minutes too late?

 

The Ware keeper (who upset Medders severely at Canvey a few years back) was giving it large at 3-0 but had gone all quiet come the final whistle.

 

All six goals scored uphill.

 

No photos from me, and I'm not sure Phil or Andy were there either.

Talk about a game of two halves!

 

Truly awful in the first half.

 

Cracking OG started the ball rolling after the triple substitution.

 

Grit and determination got us the 3-3 result.

 

Best referee we have had all night!

At half time I said I wouldn't be surprised if we lost by more.... Therefore, Very pleased for the team on the great fightback!! First half was worst seen played by Town for a longtime (well, since last season) with no passion on show at all... Just a bad day at the office I think!!

 

Second Half was brilliant...All credit to everyone.. WELL DONE!!

 

Hopefully the comeback can be the catalyst to go and win at ETU on Saturday. They lost tonight at Brentwood.

I note that Mitoo give Stuart as MOM which is not surprising for his well taken goals. But AJ commanded the midfield when he came on and did what Max was doing in the first half. Long accurate balls to the front runners.

 

First half the 4 ex-Enfield players clearly wanted to show us what we were missing however as with many players they ran out of puff second half and could not live with Stuart.

Bradley Drisdale certainly didn't 'run out of puff'. He was quick. Was he as ever quick at the Town?
