Is a good manager a manager that has money to spend so he can basically buy the title or is a good manager someone who has no money at all and only works with what he has . Our manager is the 2nd option here because we all know there is no money at Margate to play with .

The only thing that MB can do is plod on with what he has , you can`t buy or build anything if you don`t have the resources ,this is part of everyday life in all ways and means that we know . If im correct it took MB 6yrs to get Ashford to where they are and from what i saw of them if we were playing that style of footy i`d be very happy with Margate . He also done all this on a shoestring budget so he only know`s one way and that is slow but with possitive results at the end of it . Now Ashford and Jamie Lawrence are benifiting from MB`s 6yrs there .

All MB has had at Margate is a handful of matches so judge him if you will but also think what he has left and what he achived where he was . He could have had £1000`s to play with but he could have made a worser mess than what it is now if he had spent spent spent . THen there would be the possibility of massive wages and no one coming to watch and then the surnario of [censored] we are in debt upto our eyeballs again .

Managers are not given the chance anymore to prove there worth they need a couple of seasons nowadays but that is not good enough for the fans the Directors and the Chairman .

I would not want to be a manager in football nowadays would you .

Ferguson = bit of both = titles. would he be a good manager with no money though ?

Ancholotti = buys title = titles . As above .

Wenger = Uses his head = sucess but over a period of time . Will always be a good manager because he won`t spend unless he has to

Rednapp = Uses his head = sucess will come but slowly . Same as Wenger but maybe puts hand in pocket some times

Rafa = confussed but sort of works out in the end . You no what i mean .

MB = Using his head = slowly but maybe he could do some good for us = Same as Wenger and Rednapp = good enough for me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
