2 for Iain

2 for Mark

and the last vote is down to Gordan wallice and he votes for Mark, then leaves. Oh and by the way, Iain has had his wage bill cut and still keeps winning,

and on another point how can Mark talk to a player about joining the club and his first Question is " what position do you play"

Quality pure Quality

Iain do me a favour and get your [****!!****] back to the club you love please

I'd be very disappointed if MB isn't our manager at the start of next season. Iain's time will no doubt come at some stage, hopefully when MB has taken us up and moves on to bigger and better things.

I did not know that IOC had been interviewed for the job. What a crying shame the then board made the decision they did! Always gave 100% as a player and always had time for the fans and has done his "apprenticeship" as a manager in Ryman North so would not have been another Trott. I am sure MB is giving it his best but results have to change very quickly and unless he can find some experienced defenders from somewhere then we will be among the dead men come the end of the season.

Though i'm sure he's a good manager does he really care about the club the way Iain would and the fans do?

A little disappointing when you see him in the bar after a shambolic game like that smiling and laughing with his cronies!

Can't understand why a team so obviously in complete control in the first half should collapse completey after losing a man, or was the plan for the second half already to sit back and invite them on to us???

Has there really been that much improvement since Terry went cos i can't see it.

The team was poor before he came, it actually got relegated last season remember, forced to get rid of Lewis and Harwood, which are so clearly better than what weve currently got why???????? Then tasked with reducing the wage bill by 25%ish .

What im saying is how are we judging success clearly everyone wants results, but there are other factors, the previous contracts are a massive problem here, does he care about the club? well having met him briefly and listened to him interveiwed I think he does. On the plus side The football played at times was amongst the best ive seen for a while, generally its one of his signings who wins the man of the match award Reed, Groombridge, Duncan, AJ, Clarke, and Stubbs was only on trial when he came. On the other side of course results have been poor.

I think MB does know where the "big signings" are, but is he able to get them ie Johnson (who got two for Ashford again yesterday)we couldnt compete with the wages being offered by them!!!

Improvement?? Well the football IS better, the budget HAS been reduced (better for the club) results havnt changed!! Although 4 pts which our football deserved in the Harrow and Hendon games and we are probably crowing 2nil up in both games.

My view is we cant judge him until its his team , unfortunatley could be more pain before glory

Yeah but is that passion for our club or the desire to avoid a blot on the copybook of an ambitious manager who see us as a stepping stone in his future???

Irrelevant as I see it Brickie. Passion for the club doesn't automatically transmit itself into results. However from what I've seen at away games (can't get near the dugout at home games) the manager and assistant are kicking every ball. We need to pull in the same direction if we want to stay up.

I was merely reply to CE's post concerning MB's passion and as you say passion alone dosen't win you games, but a lack of it will certainly lose them.

Unfortunately no matter which way we pull it dosen't seem to change on the pitch at the moment, I thought we tried to get behind the team in the second half yesterday but they still caved- in horribly .
