confused the league table in the programme today had Enfield 16 played 25 points and it clearly says upto 30/01, on mitoo today it says played 19 points 29

since that date they have played twice and lost and drew, is it a case of an Enfield win being missed out before or was there an error.???? I thought we had a bit of breathing space from EFC but they are right on our heels.

Felt a bit for the Mauritius Gaffer today.

 

Football gets us all down sometimes, thats what makes the highs so good when they come around every now and then....like late winners, Derby victories etc

As you guys been going to Clapton for years. How long has the pub "the old spotted dog" been bordered up?

Shame they didn't have a tv for half time scores in the clubhouse

The manager was Lee Ward,formerly and briefly of Apsa,well known on this forum.They put down 4 subs on their team list including their manager but i have only seen one player and a young kid in the dug-out.A tough life matey especially when some arseholes players let you down on a trip to the seafront..... :futbolbud2:

The original Centre Spot last week was supesceded by an updated version on Monday and after tonights games , the Enfield 1893 stats are :- 19 5 2 1 14 9 3 4 4 15 16 8 6 5 29 25 + 4 29 pts ( 1 point deducted )

I think it is disgusting to let a pub like that - with all its history - go to the wall. The last time I can remember getting a drink there was back in 2002-3 season, when Woodford were sharing there.

The nearest watering hole now is the Hudson Bay/Hawk back up Upton Lane. Nice place if 'murder' is your bag.

The last couple of years we hit the Fox and Hounds outside Forest Gate station.

Been in worse, then a ten/fifteen minute walk to the ground.

Got a bollocking for smoking outside the pub!
