What were their deductions for? Anyone know?

 

Also, I find it a strange ruling that the club who benefited from the infringement of the rules is penalised but the opposition miss out!!

 

For example (a little far fetched). Hullbridge could play against Tiptree.....Tiptree could field a team of XI ringers (all secretly professional players) and Tiptree run out 9-0 winners!!

 

Tiptree are found out and have the three points deucted, however Hullbridge still miss out. Its not there fault that they had to play a team of Professionals (Ringers)
