Didn't really have confirmation that they would be able to attend until the Friday as I was working with an intermediary. any how Windsor have postponed some Bedfont Green matches already this season...and they are paying much more in rent than we are ...if your wish is required

It was a tough one to call ...please understand the club would have wanted to go ahead , but this should not be at the expense of the danger to the players..

You do have my number Youve texted me before and always much appreciated. I was not saying that we should go to Windsor you merely stated how watford was off and so was replying. Yes i know the ground has tress etc etc, but it just seemed a hasty decision. I played on Sunday at 10-30 on solid ice, yes that SHOULD have been off, but just for one corner, i feel the match ref should have used common sense and realised it would probably have been fine by 3pm, just like the Marlow match which im sure would have been fine by 3pm.

I'm sure the Match Ref used common sense for his own benefit by calling the match off and saving himself the possibility of a wasted journey.
