Tring played the better football at times in the first half but still went in at half time two goals down. Second half a bit scrappy with Tring trying to chase the game.

Not the best of games for the neutral to watch considering this was a top of the table clash (even worse freezing my bits off sitting on the bench!) We dominated for 2 spells in the game but failed to seriously test the home keeper. Aylesbury had their time in the last 15 minutes of the first half and took the chances given to them. The last 15 was end to end stuff as we went 3-4-3 and the home side's pace looked dangerous on the counter attack. Can't argue with the result but still a long way to go in the season.
