Many thanks to you all for all your kind wishes. I took yesterday off so have only spotted this thread this morning. What a day! Pub lunch at Whitewebbs House followed by me climbing all over a climbing frame with my two year old. No Broadside there though but in that heat two pints of lager suffised. Had a meal out with Mrs Happy last night. For those of you who know Enfield we went to the Beautiful South in Windmill Hill. the service was absolutely s***. The food was OK but over-priced. We waited 45 minutes between starter and main course and then they had the cheek to add a 10% service charge to the bill. Needless to say, I did not pay it. On the whole not a bad day though and Mrs Happy is in the office with me today so I'm not too lonely!

Yes I know the Beautiful South. I too have found the food to be very good, but the service to be very slow.
