I thought Sippetts looked very good last season, what we saw of him.

 

Didn't he score in each of his first four appearances, or something? All of which were substitutes appearances too!??

First I've heard of it, any more info on the chap, appearances, goals, position etc, I'm always interested to know.

 

We are a little richer after the boy Fitz moved to Southampton so we might be like the non-league Chelsea, except we got got £25k instead of £300m, marginal difference really.

Instinctive goalscorer, pace, good control, aged about 25-26, scored 4 for us in about 8 appearances, mainly as sub, then joined Berko for the rest of the season. Shame we had to let him go really.

Ahh, Berko will be the link then, we've just taken on the ex-chesh legend Steve Bateman as manager, he was running Berko, so I guess that's how we got him, should be a good signing for Division one then.

He was with London Colney for several seasons and scored 50 goals for them in 01/02. He had been talked about locally for a while but he broke his leg and was out for a few months a couple of years ago. We signed him last pre-season with a fanfare, but then Gary Crawshaw and Miguel de Souza made themselves available to The Mighty Saints. Gary Sippets went down the pecking order before a ball was kicked in anger. Like the others on here, he looked good to me. I think that you've got a good 'un there.
