Season-ticket prices at White Hart Lane may not be frozen next season, but the latest piece of Tottenham merchandise definitely will be.

 

Spurs Ice Cream goes on sale later this month, giving fans plenty of time to feast on a few tubs before the title challenge goes into meltdown.

 

Tottenham are one of several Premiership clubs who have linked up with ice-cream maker EAT.

 

Arsenal and Charlton are also going ahead. All the ice creams will be branded with the club badge and consist of two colours and flavours.

 

Tottenham's variety will be blue and white to match the team strip and flavoured with forest fruits and vanilla.

 

EAT director David Nelson said: "We did taste tests with three families of Tottenham fans and they all liked the appearance.

 

"They said the forest fruits flavour was different and they liked the fact we were launching Tottenham ahead of Arsenal."

 

Tubs will go on sale in ice cream vans and shops around White Hart Lane, and EAT is hoping to whip up interest - which could help it cornet the market - with a product launch scheduled on 25 July.
