Isn't it just bl**dy amazing !

 

With all that's going on in the world, there must be some problem with our press of today.

 

All we had to suffer over the weekend, was poor old George Best and his alleged fall from the wagon.

 

Somewhat a bit too near home for me ! The Chequers at Tadworth, (Walton on The Hill, actually), is only some 8 miles from me. A lovely boozer, though somewhat toffee-nosed.

 

George, (God Bles 'im), goes out for a couple of wine and tonics and a chat with the locals on a very hot day !

 

Some nosy bl**dy parker tips off the news hounds, and within minutes half of f**king Fleet Street is camped in the car park outside.

 

No wonder the Irish great man blew a fuse !

 

It's a sad day when newspapers have to resort to this sort of practice to sell papers !

 

I'm sorry, I'll pick my rattle up and put my dummy back in now I've vented my spleen !!

Well it is the silly season...

 

Not only that, it's all over the radio as well, can't the guy have a couple of spritzers in peace on one of the hottest days of the summer? Could drive you to drink, so it could...
