As stated in previous articles we travel to Bognor on August Bank Holiday Monday.

 

We all know that traffic on a Bank Holiday is extra busy. So all supporters wishing to travel leave the car at home and come by Coach much less hassle.

 

We need to know numbers early so we can decide on what option to run. Please let us know your preferred option.

 

Option 1 - Travel to Bognor arrive at 14.00 and return around 17.30.

 

Option 2 - Day Trip to Bognor leave Billericay at 9.00 and get back home around 21.00.

 

Option 3 - Travel down on Sunday, stay in a Hotel and return after the game.

 

(The only issue with Option 3 could be accommodation being Bank Holiday Weekend and in the School Holiday)

 

Once we know the preferred option we can look at pricing.

Much as though I like idea 3, it could be a touch expensive unless we can get into Butlins..... Otherwise idea 2 gets my vote. I reckon it could take up to 3hr (+toilet break) by coach on bank holiday monday so option 3 would probably only mean a couple of extra hours in bognor, just enough time to find a pub lunch!

As a suggestion (subject to demand) how about a mini-coach/coach that leaves early and arrives back late whilst the main coach sticks to the usual times? I'll be doing option 3, but Butlins is all ready out.

I'm up for option 3, but i'm not sure yet. if not definitely option 2. also does anyone know yet if there will be a coach running to aylesbury??

I would like to do option 3 but with costs and trying to get accomodation booked on a Bank Holiday could be a issue.

 

Looks like Option 2 for me and will consider the 2 coach option.

Yes we are looking to run a Coach to Aylesbury and are currently getting costings for the season from a couple of local companies.

option 2 for me as long as the coach has got a loo in it!!!

Yeah, i would say option 2 as the best. However option 3 would be nice but it would be more expensive and i believe that some of our younger fans would not go because of this.
