HELLO - What happenned to the help !!!

I am normally quite a calm person and had to hold back coming on to the forum until now as I may of written a very strong worded posting.

 

Last Tuesday at the BTSA AGM we asked for helpers to help around the club on Saturday morning for only a few hours. This was posted on the Website and on this forum.

 

To my disgust only 7 people could be bothered to spare a maximum of 3 hours to help there club that is embarrasing. I am not going to name those 7 people and a few other names who have helped out in previous weeks as they have done a great job and have been thanked.

 

This is not good enough and as your Supporters Chairman I once again appeal to you for your help between 10 and 1 on Saturday 19th July.

I wouldn't get too up tight Andy. With what we had, we achieved what we wanted to do and got a couple of pints in the offering.

 

I Quite enjoyed it. An excuse to not go shopping or do the housework and get into the sun

Speaking with Ron we achieved a lot more than he had thought we could of done.

 

But I still say if the same number again had turned up we could of got double the work done and may not be required this Saturday.

 

People may think I am moaning it is just frustrating when you ask for a few hours of peoples time.
