Sadly due to a snow covered and frozen pitch the match against Aveley has been postponed.

A new day will be confirmed in due course.

Just to correct your post Ian ....... ;-)

The pitch has a snow covering ...it is far from frozen underneath, it is soft .....so a thaw of the top surface will suffice a game to be played......ie for Saturday the only problem teams should encounter are waterlogging, definately with the o'night temp bein ok, frozen pitches shouldn't occure this weekend.

Have you tested every part of the ground - I was referring to the part that you have not tested. ;)

Please kindly prove that no part of the pitch is frozen ;)

Every Single bit of it is ok ...proved as I took all the snow off shovel by shovel testing as I went, being careful to replace the stuff exactly where I had extracted it from ....therefore I think you will find that is sufficient proof of every bit being ok !!!
