Cove Pitch Update

Hi all,

 

Just an update on the situation of Cove's football pitch.

 

After several soil samples were undertaken recently, the good news is that the pitch has been given the all clear by the Combined Counties League and the Hampshire FA. Hopefully now we can ge back to playing football.

Cove FC have had legal representation and will be seeking compensation from whoever is proved to be at fault.

 

It is doubtful we will be able to claim for a brand new pitch or a 30'000 seater stand to replace the old 45'000 seater stand that we had before ......but you never know!!

 

Just glad to have the pitch and training facilities back.

Glad to hear it looks like your getting back on your feet.shame about the stands.
