you need to bank with a real bank first .. then you can set it all up online.. the banks love it , it means they can shut all those expensive branches

you can get online with them but i think its easier if you do it all through your bank you can pay pretty much any bill from a good online bank now.. all the clearers plus those online pretend banks.. i reccommend the bank im familiar with as the best but they all do the job.. no more queuing up fo r25 mins at lunchtime

On a similar note - BT phoned me yesterday and the conversation went a bit like this:

BT - i'm calling about your red telephone bill for £whatever

ME - I wasn't aware I had a red telephone bill

BT - We don't give red telephone bill's out anymore, we ring you now, do you want to pay now.

ME - OK then, I have gold bullion, is that OK?

BT - Speak to Busby.
