Well quite unusally we had snow in Westgate this morning but the roads are clear now but, the pavements where the sun has not shone still have a slush covering on them.

 

However, have just been passed the Theatre of Borken Promises and there is not any snow at all on the pitch or the surrounding fields so hopefully with the sun which is out at the moment and the gentle breeze everything should be OK for tomorrow.

 

There is no more snow forecast today according to next door neighbours cat.

Frost overnight. No snow,no rain but very cold this morning.Slightly overcast at present. Wind slight (if any).

Yes indeed Harvey. Suns coming out now too & I see "blue" sky. Odds must be in "favour",surely,of the game going ahead today.Lets' just hope it was worth all the wait.

Just checked with him again & he says that there will be no more snow today. However, he says he was glad he had the snip as it was very cold last night and they would have frozen solid and been like musket balls still this morning.
