I have now registered but when I try to put on picture get "improper picture type" what can I do?

As for you pic problem,thats happened to me before as well,i think it's coz that pic you wanna use belongs to another website and you aint got pemission to use it,just a guess?!

Now I've sussed the set up the way I like it, it's ok

getting into each indivual 'fred' is FAR slower than it used to be.
