Great to see the three points from the Maidstone game.

Euro tunnel is the way to travel when it works. left Calais at 7-20 English time arrived at my front door in Ramsgate at 8-40 . 1hr 20 Min's add on another 1/2 hour if you count the time i left the cafe in the Calais terminal , Que and drive onto the train.

The village i was staying in has a football team. The village stade as a ground that you can compare to Margate's. It has floodlights, 2 open ends , about the same seats and a open side. The also have a clubhouse and block changing rooms.Henri the local Maire(mayor) does not think this is good enough for his village team. He is actively raising funding, including European for his project. He has plans to cover both ends, new lights, seating down one side and to redevelop the clubhouse and changing rooms down the other. If a provisional Maire can do this for a small village team why cannot our council put it self out and like Dartford do this for us.
