Why should only one of those comments be offensive

Calling someone 'black' is not racist. Calling someone a 'black [****!!****]' is racist.

 

Same with religion. There is nothing offensive about calling a Jewish person a 'jew'. But as soon as you call someone a '[****!!****] jew', then that becomes racist.

 

I think.

Exactly. Everyone likes to use an adjective before using the word '[****!!****]'.

 

The fact that he was black should be no more offensive that if he were ginger/short-sighted/manc/fat/whatever.

Possibly the only politically incorrect abuse is the double adjective where an entire group/race is maligned

 

IE You are thick is o!k where!as you thick paddy tends to wipe out an entire race as thick (replace with pole when in the USA)

Again calling someone a lazy [******] appears to be o!k but not you lazy black [******] (2 adjectives one descriptive noun)

 

Got to stop there my English grammar is spent!
