I dont think you should worry SL. I think that there is less than a 1% chance of the game going ahead. My wife is already saying that she will do the ironing and watch a film on telly.

 

If the game is played it is not likely to finish and it is my view that it would be dangerous.

I am not really worried Steph, just thought an earlier Pitch Inspection would have been better from my point of view what with catering & stuff. Mr Safety Officer is at the Ground & says the walkways are like a Skating Rink & the Pitch is still covered with Snow.

I iron hankies and tea towels. Shirts if there are none in the wardrobe and, if Sheila is at a party and I have no reports to write it has been known for me to really dig into the ironing pile.

 

However, in the light of the carbon footprint implications, I advocate that we do not iron at all!

Did we have a bigger carbon footprint when we used to use good old fashioned carbon paper before photocopiers/computers, etc?
