Not watched the video as it is clearly a goal as the result suggests smile.gif

 

Handball is very difficult to judge. Green Fingers is right and if only it were black and white. Does jumping up with hands in air and then the ball strikes the hand. For me an offence because the player has made a bigger target for the player to get the ball round.

 

To try and make it simple. If it is not deliberate but strikes the hand outside the line of the body as the player is looking to block the ball I would invariably give it but not all the time because there are circumstances where I wouldn't wink.gif
