Dan Wisker

[I am Spartacus]

Many of you may know that There was a serious accident on the Thanet Way last Saturday. However, how many of you know that in the following car was Dan Dolton, Stuart Vahid & Dan Wisker.

 

They tried to save the life of the unfotunate driver with Dan Wisker giving mouth to mouth which was unfortunatley unsuccessful.

 

 

Dan I take my hat off to you in you brave attempt to save a life.

I sent stuart vahid a text last sunday to see if it was him who scored the goal. I didnt know what had happened. Agree with Andy that it makes you feel for the 19 year old girl and her family and friends. Full credit to the three players for trying to help. Stuart said that the fireman told them not to bottle it up and make sure they talk about it. Really hope they all come to terms with whay they saw and they should all be proud of what they tried to do.

Dan would be quite embarased Im sure if he read this.

 

He is quite cut up about it but after speaking to the parents of the poor girl involved and several of her friends he is now coming to terms with what happened all 3 players are going to her funeral Wednesday.

 

Dan works in demolition and had just done a updated first aid on site course which could have saved the girls life we should all do a basic course then maybe a few more lives could be saved in the future.

 

As a parent I am proud of Dan but more sadened by the event and my thoughts go with the family of the young girl who lost her life at such a young age I just can't imagine what they must be going through.

Sorry to read about the tragic loss of a young life. It certainly puts football into perspective, doesn't it?
