a stragne game, and absolutely freezing. brilliant penalty from rudi, their keeper wasnt ready. direct from a corner very funny. guns played really well, and great entertainment all round.

I enoyed some of our football. The variation of passing he ball about and switching play is a credit to the confidence of our players. Wallace, hammond, Hope and Byfield impressed very much. Hall and Marks worked very hard shutting down well in the CM positions. The biggest worry was the number of opportunities we allowed WF. A couple of great saves by RB combined with dreadful finishing meant we'd always be ahead.

 

Tighten up at the back lads and keep that hunger and desire for fhe Brentwood, Harlow, Cheshunt x2 matches, one game at a time yes, but if everyones available I think we'd be upset if we did not have a 12/12 points return. This will only be possible if we are totally focussed and ruthless.No complacency.

 

What was really disappointing was the 130 odd attendence. I can understand the xmas season and freezing conditions, however we have our best ever team that is getting better and by far the best pair of managers we've ever had. I chatted to both after the game on Tuesday and was inspired very much by their attitude and driven views.

 

So come on you missing lot, back the managers, team and club all the way to play off successs if not then higher.
