Squad So Far

Midfield:

Looking good so far. Reckon a couple of wide midfielders would be next on my shopping list.

Just as an afterthought, that's gotta be one of the youngest squads ever. Take out Justin and Andy and i reckon the next oldest is JJ (27?) then the likes of Gary Ansell at 25 or thereabouts!

i believe fay has left along with wallace..penn seems to be a bit uncertain (hope he stays with us)...on the subject of wide players any concrete news on richard graham and/or the possible return of joe baker?

delighted gilley staying and spose savidge will provide cover for justin..i'd like to see gary henty and dean morris in the shake up too..useful players who can cover a number of positions

Looks like the squad is coming together but have we got the same Leon Hunter that played for Heybridge last year. The one I have seen play is an attacking midfielder cum forward rather than achoring the midfirle cum defender. Actually not very good in the tackle. Let's hope we play him in the right position.

Remember the talk of an ex legend coming back?! He has to be an old head. Prob Joe Baker or someone like that. And from my sources two ex spurs players will be joining. Both play either full back or winger and are roundabout 19.

Rob, I think you have made a mistake yes you have signed a Graham that of Mark Graham brother of Richard.

I can confirm that less than an hour ago Richard Graham has not yet signed for anyone for next season.

Don't forget the story about an old favourite just said he was coming in to do pre-season. No guarantee he'll sign again.

In a way I would be quite happy for Richard Graham to stay - he's another player that I feel had a lot more to offer than we saw last season. Clearly plenty of skill, but as said above he didn't produce it consistantly. Whether that was down to him or the tactics we'll have to see!
