How long will it be until these Gettos where only asians, chinese or blacks live bring up children who are classed as Uk Citizens and can fight for this country and even join British inteligence.

They have been so brainwashed by the communitys which they have been brought up in that they wouldnt hesitate to commit treason if the oppurtunity came.

National pride is what has made so many fight to their death in the past

Started and stopped several times on this one but here goes

I am not a rascist

I am not a little Englander

I am pissed off with feeding the world and holding both arms open to incomers and suggest we close the gates until:

We can educate, educate, educate our young then re-open the gates

We can treat our sick (48 hrs to save the NHS) then re-open the gates

We can pay a pension that allows our senior peoples to share in the nations wealth (Tony before first election victory) then re-open the gates

We can enjoy an integrated transport system then re-open the gates

When we have the above and a system of checking newcomers for health, work availability and general legality---then re-open the gates

Pabird - my problem with all of what you say is the randomness of it all being down to where you were born. You're saying that just because I was lucky enough to have parents who had me in this country - I should receive privileges, education, and a good health service. This is the reason why I can't understand nationalism, it all seems so random to me.

(sorry if I didn't explain myself very well there - but I know what I mean )

the thing that always bothers me about these debates.....is the guaranteed playing of the race card.....

thats why I scarpered earlier on.....it always gets used....

my opinion was based only on the subject of whether or not Doctors and Nurses born bred and trained in third world countries are competent of taking up office here without further advancement of knowledge.....

some joker always drags up the race thing and then spoils the thread....

we are all racist ...even if only through thoughtlessness....

trouble is with you republican guardian reading liberals....anyone has an opinion remotely to do with the third world and you scream racist....

Urchino managed to compare the wearing of his skull cap to that of asian kids born in this country wearing pakistani shirts at Lords....

what the fkc has that got to do with anything.....

no one wins a debate by playing the race card...it just confuses the isssue...which is exactly why its used....and...

just to really throw the fox into the houndpack...

how about the current recruitment campaign for MI5 and MI6 aimed at 1st generation British born Asians.....

dear oh dear...it'll make Burgess and McClean look like Drake and Nelson....

My point about the skull cap was the culture thing where people say they should live under our beliefs. Some people demand that Sikhs where motor=cycling helmets when they don't have to in the law and think that this is ainti brit.

As for the shirts i still compare it to people supporting Tottenham rafther than Arsenal it's through the family which stems from the routs. I support Isreael in the Eurovision song contest does that mean anything other than family background and bad taste in music i think not, the kids support Pakistan whats the problem.

MI6 - The Secret Intelligence Service

This really is the secret service, and as such information on recruitment is very limited. There is no website, it doesn't run recruitment campaigns, and the only contact detail available is a post office box number.

"There isn't a website because the work of the service is so different to that of the other agencies," explains a spokesperson for the Foreign Office which handles enquires for the service. "MI5 has much more of a declared role so it's easier to describe what it does. There is no point in having a website which contains so little information that it wastes people's time."

MI6 is charged with the production of "secret intelligence on issues concerning Britain's vital interests in the fields of security, defence, foreign and economic policies", and as such it needs to attract the brightest and best graduates. So, how does it do this, if it can't attract people by the normal recruitment methods?

"Recruitment to MI6 isn't nearly so proactive as MI5 and GCHQ," the spokesperson admits. "MI6 uses talent spotters, not necessarily university dons, although there is still an element of this. The service is just as interested in people with a bit of experience of life, so it also has talent spotters in industry and commerce, usually people with some association with MI6."

MI6 also makes use of the civil service fast stream recruitment process. Candidates who appear suitable for the service sometimes receive rejection letters which suggest that they "might be interested in another area of work".

Without any recruitment literature and with James Bond films being a possibly inaccurate source of information about the service, it is difficult to know exactly what sort of skills and aptitudes MI6 is interested in.

However one careers officer, who has been briefed by the service, suggests that it needs applicants who are gregarious and able to mix easily with all kinds of people while nevertheless being able to maintain a discretion concerning themselves and their motives.

I would be presumptious and say that I know a little more about the activities of M16 than you do.....

they like to recruit wide eyed believers of a socialist leaning.....so...
