Well first the whole would goes back to communism starting with South America we start a war of terror against the World Bank and world monatry fund. We knock down all houses and build houses all over the world exactlly the same size and recycle cars all to be the same. So no one would mind where they live as it would all be the same <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

That is true, there are 1.5 million employees within the NHS. The NHS is the world's third employer with the most employees.

The world's number 1 with the most employees is the Chineese army, and number 2 is the Indian railway service.

Anyway, the reason the NHS has to recruit from overseas is because there are surplus nurses and HCA's abroad, and basically, because our government is not prepared to increase wages etc, no one wants to go into the nursing profession.

flog the whole lot off to private firms say 5 of em 3 britsh and an american and european one.. the real estate must be worth billions.. give u.k citizens vouchers to buy the healthcare.. will probably cost half as much for twice the service.. of each pound spent on the NHS i'd be surprised if 20 p made it to actual healthcare.. spare me the potitical/social bollox, deal in the practical.. poor people will get better healthcare for less money rich people will buy double delux healthcare.. currently poor people get [****!!****] healthcare rich people buy in double delux healthcare..

two issues.....

 

everytime you see a Doctor involved in a malpractice case or sexual abuse case involving patients...they're always foreigners.....

 

some poor 14 year old boy got killed the other day because an Indian Doctor stuck a needle in the wrong place....no such thing as joining Tony Martin for him though....oh dear me no.....political correctness will be the order of the day on this little cover up and off he'll go to another hospital somewhere and probably do it again...

 

these sort of professional immigrants can fk right off...I wouldn't see one thats for sure...

 

as for the army.....well my son is in 16 Airbourne Brigade....

 

what little money he does earn after tax is spent on buying his own kit because the government either supplies crap or nothing at all....if I didn't subsidise him his life wouldn't be worth living......he hates the politicians...they all do...

 

but he'll still fight for his country and his mates alongside him...someone has to...they don't make the policies...they just follow orders....

 

the sooner he's out of there the happier I'll be....

 

and as for open borders.....yeah...right Urchino...let 'em all in.....I'm one of the lucky ones...I can go the other way...

I had to wait about 5 minutes for an ambulance, and then they sorted my legs/back out in about 4 weeks, some people have all the luck <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Maybe its true - if you live in St Albans, they realise how important you are and treat you more quickly <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

What relevance was it that he was Indian ? I also beleive in company manslaughte so someone should face the consequences for the poor lad.

the point I was making Urchino is that whenever you read about a malpractice case or a sexual harrasment case involving patients its always a bloody immigrant Doctor...

 

they aint up to it mate...thats why we take 'em...out of desperation because all our well trained doctors fkc off to the states or the middle east for thrice the dosh...

 

Shipman is not comparative...he was indeed very very competent......just so happened to be a fruitcake....

 

who said I was liberal.....christ Urchino...I'd kick 'em all out unless they swore allegiance to the flag and spent 2 years learning about our history and culture....

 

and as someone else said on here...

 

if they commit a crime.....send 'em home.....
