Nice to see that you realise there can be miscarriages of justice Zeal. Does this affect your view on the death penalty?

 

As an aside - did you know 2/3's of the police wouldn't voluntarily give their DNA to a database because they're not convinced of its reliability?

Tony Martin had an appeal ! He was actually found guilty of murder then changed to manslaughter.

"to honest i dont really care about the details there were 2 people in his house at night.. if any of you think yr tough enough to make a judgement call in those condition then you must have been in the army.. the fact that they were habitual crimbos is just the icing on the cake.. old biddies die from the stress of this crime.. fk him i wish he'd done em both "

have your hose targetted by pikey burglars for a few years.. have the police do nothing to protect you.. spend years thinking no one gives a toss about you or the law..

get woken up at 2 in the morning.. find 2 blokes smashing your house up.. then stop and have a little ponder about their rights.. i believe the mitigating circumstances warranted his actions.. i also believe that he should be entitled to shoot the scummers anyway.. if you want to stand up for the rights of that kind of habitual criminal then thats your perogative.. maybe one day if you find yourself in t.martins position you may see things a bit differently, especially in the middle of the night, lets hope you remember their rights,
