Pulp?

Does anyone remember Pulp? What do you think of them? Are they classed as quality brit pop or just cr@p?

Never liked them. "E's and Wizz" and "Mis-shapes" were good, but apart from that, wasn't keen.

'His and Hers' was a superb album, but they did go a little downhill after that. I've seen them live 4 or 5 times, and Jarvis always used to put on a good show.

It has common people on it(i think),therefore it's class..

This is all a bit odd because I listened to 'His N Hers' for the first time in about a year last night.

Different Class is a reasonable album, 'Something Changed' and 'Underwear' were the standout tracks for me.

 

Fleet Boy you are right, I think it's a little like the Damon Albarn Gorillaz thing.

Claire. Hang onto Urban Hymns. Sell Different Class to me for the price of a couple of drinks in the clubhouse.

I liked urban hymns at the time,when i listen to it now it's a bit dull,some of it's still good though. I don't Richard Ashcroft's new stuff,that really is dull!
