Busy lad our Aaron, as he is assistant to Mark Payne for the under 18' here on sundays and, is on the bench with Phil on Saturdays for the reserves. Plus he is also at Hartsdown on Tuesday/ Thursday night in these capacities.

Mr Butler alludes to changing it around a bit, hope he doesn't change it too much so that we struggle against the 'Bourne. My first visit to this particular pitch - is it as cold as watching on the old one there?

Just had a look and surprisingly (to me at least) it's almost 7 years since we played Sittingbourne in a competitive match. Last time was our 3-1 win over them at Hartsdown in the KSC on 28.1.03. We've won each of the last 5 games between the clubs and haven't lost a cup match against Sittingbourne since 8.4.86 in the Eastern Floodlight Cup. That was when we Thanet United but you have to go back to 11.2.61 for Margate's last defeat against the Brickies in a cup tie - a 3-1 defeat in the KSC on 11.2.61.

ooooooohhhhhhh I'm not liking where this is going. can see us needing to play something stupid like 10 games in 28 days to finish the season at this rate, and desperately needing the points from them. Wasn't it Ebbsfleet who ended playing up every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday a couple of seasons ago?
