Just to add to this, though Joseba has mentioned it earlier, I had a message from our Safety Officer who said after walking around the perimeter, "at least two of the pylons had suffered as a result of the high winds at the time of the Wealdstone aborted game,and the lamps were actualy shining down on the Five asides adjacant the West Stand,and the waste ground to the rear and left of the dressing rooms as you face them.KP was informed at half time and it will be rectified asap"

I believe we have moved to low energy bulbs, hence the time they took to brighten up ( Nice and bright at 5.50 )

 

Seriously it is probably something to do with the EDF works that were taking place on Wednesday, am sure the club will have it sorted soon.

Well it has to be said, the club definately DO take notice of the fans, with comments from Steve Beeks on another thread and now a follow up on the lighting again following fans comments. I would like to say a big thank you to the club for at least recognising that the fans do have concerns and they are noted.

As announced by the club, EDF Energy are doing work to the electrical supply in the vicinty of Hartsdown Park.

Perhaps they have left a few loose wires/cables = reduced supply - lights definately dimmer than normal - reason why we conceded two late goals.
