Amanda Knox - Guilty or Innocent

Apparently the Kercher family are suing Knox for $12m.

Loosely - Really, I'm surprised by that as the Kercher family have remained dignified throughout the ordeal

Well apparently Rhodes, can't see what is undignified about it. You could hardly say that the Knox "family" have been dignified or above board.

RalphC - But Amanda isn't a convicted criminal in the true sense of the word is she,

She's a convicted criminal in the legal sense though, and that's what matters. She tried to stitch up an innocent man for the murder - what have you to say about that? Perhaps it was because he was black and they all look the same to her?

Loosely - I beg to differ, Amanda's devoted parents Edda and Curt were totally dignified throughout their daughters ordeal

Beg as much as you like, they bankrupted one member of the family to the tune of $250,000 and are in debt by over a $1 following their PR campaign full of lies with no regard for the Kercher family or Meredith's memory.

Anyone stupid enough to call the Kerchers undignified or money grabbing when this opportunity of bringing Knox to book and punishing her in one of the few ways left is malicious and ignorant imo.

It appears that I've struck a nerve with my comments, can't say I'm sorry, the truth hurts don't it?

Loosely - Why can't you just let the matter rest now and move on, Amanda Knox was rightly acquitted, released from her prison ordeal and is back home in Seattle to resume her life of which she has lost four of the best years. What if it was your daughter in prison in a foreign land for a crime she didn't commit, surely you and your immediate family would club together all the money you have and move heaven and earth to ensure she is freed.

Loosely - Amanda's parents have both remortgaged their homes to pay her legal bills, thought to be at £650,000 plus, you are right that they are in debt to the tune of $1m but they will recoup that in time having hired the respected Seattle PR company, Gogerty Marriott who will handle potential film, tv and book deals.

Odd you keep begging people to leave "the matter" alone Rhodesy. And yet you as her No.1 saddofan carry on updating us on her. Peculiar how you didn't "know" about her future court cases...

As it stands Knox spent these best years of her life as a convicted criminal, and will fight tooth and nail not to be dragged back to face fresh court appearances. She hasn't cleared her name has she?

Loosely - If I hadn't banged the drum for Amanda Knox and instead supported the Kercher family you would have been on Amanda's side, it's as simple as that, I've never come across an individual like you before and still can't make you out

Bulletin folks, make sure you are at home on Tuesday evening at 8.00pm to watch 'Amanda Knox - The Untold Story' on Channel 5 which features never before seen footage from the crime scene, a reconstruction of Meredith Kercher's murder and contributions from leading crime and forensic experts. The excellent documentary takes an in depth look at both the 'evidence', for want of a better word, that led to Amanda's ridiculous 2007 conviction including an exclusive interview with Patrick Lumumba which should be an insight. Dr Roger Summers, a former Director of Forensic Science for the British Police and based at Staffordshire University gives his revealing expert analysis of the laughable forensic investigation while Britain's leading criminologist, Professor David Wilson, offers an insight into excerpts of the diary Amanda kept in prison.

As I've said before Rhodes, apart from all your other mental issues you are paranoid. In reality you'll maybe note all of the topics where you are a plonker and I don't even contribute so it's not as if I disagree publicly with everything you say!!

Perhaps your condition has prevented you from noting all the other posters on here who have disagreed with your stage door worship of Knox. Sad innit.

Might be an idea to wait until the programme has been seen before you get too excited. I have a feeling it might be a very uncomfortable experience for all supporters of Ms Knox.

Missunderstood - In what possible way could it be uncomfortable, I'm particularly looking forward to what the slippery Patrick Lumumba has to say.

He'll probably say "That bitch got me banged up for 3 years"
