Amanda Knox - Guilty or Innocent

Recommended Posts

I should think murdering a flatmate does cause you some inconvenience at the very least. The girl's status is still Guilty as of this date, she's also been found guilty of maliciously blaming someone else and trying to misdirect the investigation. Anyway, all be confirmed yet again in due course.

So far only one report of the following in one article but with few details for now however it is alleged that Sollecito will face additional charges for false allegations made in his auto biography. Can't say what they are but the pair haven't told the truth since day one and possibly find it impossible to tell the truth in any manner.

I'm shocked - people lying whilst under oath

Well Sollecito has since owned up and admitted that Knox was not with him at certain times during that night so that must mean that they have lied at some point and of course there must be dozens of other examples following on.

Since Knox 'dumped Sollecito he is changing his story.

He would though wouldn't he, the poor guy is clearly desperate like when he tried to make a break for the Austrian border and had his passport confiscated, Sollecito doesn't want to be wrongly jailed for a second time for a crime he didn't commit.

Please check out the recent articles Amanda has penned for the West Seattle Herald folks, they're great stuff and she's a natural at journalism:

Here's a facinating article folks entitled 'the forty myths that convicted Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito' which says it all about the whole circus, for example our heroine was nicknamed ‘Foxy’ through playing soccer as a youngster as she was athletic, lithe and sure footed, the name stuck with her and she used it on her 'MySpace' page. Following her wrongful arrest an Italian based freelance journalist recognised the nickname's tabloid potential and from that moment on the press used it at every opportunity and it was adapted in Italy as ‘Evil Fox’ and even used in kangaroo Court documents:

In 2010 Seattle writer Karen Pruett researched Amanda's infamous cartwheel, following the discovery of Meredith's body, and which is alleged to have occurred whilst our heroine and Raffaele were waiting at the Police station to be interrogated. Amanda began to stretch and strike a few yoga poses to ease cramp and tension, this attracted attention and inappropriate comments from a Policeman. Apparently there was no cartwheel at all, Amanda's doting Mother Edda confirmed that the space she was waiting in at the Police station was far too small for her to have been able to do a cartwheel and she would have had to be a contortionist.

I expect Amanda is really excited at the prospect of watching her beloved Seattle Seahawks win a second successive Superbowl on Sunday against the New England Patriots.

I'm sure our heroine will pen an article on the Superbowl and will possibly even be present at the eagerly awaited game tomorrow night in a journalist capacity:

Amanda Knox may find out next month whether or not she’ll remain a convicted murderer. Meanwhile, the evidence in the murder of Meredith Kercher is getting more attention, and it’s not in the favor of the Seattle woman or her co-defendant, Raffaele Sollecito. For starters, the Gospel Herald reports that her entire support-base in the United States could be grossly mistaken about the intricacies of the Italian justice system. University of Kansas professor John W. Head believes that people who support the convicted killer are misinformed.

“If someone is going to offer broad criticisms of an entire legal and criminal justice system, they ought to at least have an understanding of the culture of the country and its legal system. I doubt that was the case with most of the people who were offering the loudest criticisms in the Amanda Knox trial.”

The Venture Capital Post reports that Knox’s stories remain questionable, even all of these years after the killing of Meredith Kercher. An acquittal and two convictions later, the debate still rages on regarding whether or not Knox and Sollecito cleaned up the scene of the crime. However, it should be noted that the cleaned up crime scene is far from the only evidence used to convict the Seattle woman and her co-defendants.

Over the course of the trial, thousands of pages of evidence were compiled. It was this staggering amount of physical, behavioral, testimonial, and circumstantial evidence that pointed to a crime committed by not only one person, but three — Rudy Guede, Amanda Knox, and Raffaele Sollecito. This large amount of evidence also directly contradicts the claim by supporters of Knox and Sollecito that there is no evidence against them.

Amanda Knox is currently working as a freelance reporter in Seattle for a local paper, but is otherwise living as low-key a life as she can, given the high profile crime in which she’s involved. Her life on social media is rather quiet, but she does have a personal Twitter account. However, that account is mostly quiet, especially about the upcoming hearing which will determine whether or not she will remain labeled a killer. Knox has said in the past, however, that she’d never submit herself willingly if an extradition request is honored by the U.S. government. She’s admitted that she will become a fugitive of the law if she remains a convicted killer and if Italy requests her extradition, where she is expected to serve a 30 year prison sentence.

Foxy Knoxy, the murdering vixen, better start making travel plans to a non-extradition country.

Rudy Guede wasn't a convicted burglar or a drifter then.

And I'm a Dutchman!

S'what I've been saying CoT.

This isn't a case of some 'poor little american girl' being fitted up for some unknown bizarre reason as some people would like to promote.

Extraordinary amount of damning evidence and people are beginning to realise that the 'alibi' doesn't exist.
