Loosely - Well I know all of that, obviously Amanda's high powered Legal Team are going to bring to light new evidence as they can't go down the same road they did originally, rest assured they have a trick or two up their sleeves and the new Judge, namely Claudio Pratillo Hellmann, will be eating out of the palm of their hands, he will be urged in no uncertain terms to see that Amanda's crazy murder verdict was based on mere hypotheses. The incompetent Italian Judicial Authorities decision to bring in Judge Hellmann instead of the expected Judge Sergio Matteini Chiari is a strange one and they may well have dropped a clanger as Hellmann has a reputation for making radical judgments. In 2000 for example he was one of a three man Court that famously overturned the conviction of supposed wife murderer, Massimo Pisano who had spent nearly eight years in jail, losing appeal after appeal, until Hellman and his fellow Judges freed him virtually overnight.

Loosely - Why don't we just call a truce on this topic and agree to disagree, you appear to think, for some unknown reason, that Amanda Knox is guilty as charged whereas I think, sorry, know that she is innocent. I don't know whether you happened to hear Amanda's devoted parents being interviewed by Nicky Campbell on Radio Five Live on Monday morning following her appearance in Court last Saturday but if you had you would be under no illusion whatsoever that she was innocent, Edda and Curt had the normally Jeremy Paxman like Campbell not so much eating but scoffing out of the palm of their hands and I think that said it all.

I think it's a very good political decision. I'm sure you realise that the review can confirm after an exhausting inspection the original findings? Maybe not.

What on earth are you talking about Urchin? I rely on Rhodes for all sorts of information, it's just unfortunate that he refuses to explain away all of the other evidence against Foxy Knoxy such as her numerous disproved alibis and mobile phone evidence. If he could do that without taking it incredibly personally then perhaps he'd get somewhere for a change.
