Final Result

 

Slough Town Youth 3 - Wealdstone 4 (ht 1-3) attn 61

 

Slough started brightly with Mo Sharif scoring a great goal , but within 5 mins Wealdstone had Equalised .. Then Slough began to Struggle with Wealdstone's side being very

fast and imposing , then they took control adding 2 more good goals before half time !

 

The second half Slough got more and more into the game .. with Tony Mendy making it 2 - 3 about 15mins from time , Slough had chances to make it

level however some good saves by the Weadstone goal keeper kept us a bay , with slough attacking in numbers left us open for a counter attack and Wealdstone

increased there lead to 2 - 4 , but Slough came rushing back and scored again(Tony Medey with his 2nd goal) with 5 mins remaining making it 3 - 4 ! Slough increased the pressure on wealdstone and they were more than happy to boot the ball down field at every opportunity ! They held out .. and the final whistle went with Slough disapointed that a point had not been deservedly gained ! Thanks to those supporters that turn up to watch...
