i don't think its coming out on PC cos CM4 was so delayed but if it does,(maybe) more leagues, more interaction, hot keys, buttons that let you kick boots at the england captain( taken from the SI forums lol)

Apparently, I hear from good authority that CM 03/04 is supplied with an English/Scottish phrase-book, and a new 'Function' facility, which allows you to overide any decisions given to the officials but Hibernian gentlemen with a Knighthood !

 

And you wonder why I stick to F.1. 2002 ??
