Winston Signs For Boreham Wood

The following statment has been posted onto the Boreham Wood Web Site and Message Board:

 

There are stories in circulation stating that Sammy Winston had not signed for Boreham Wood. The story is believed to have come from the Slough Observer web site. Having talked to Chairman Danny Hunter, Manager Steve Browne and Sammy himself. I can confirm that Sammy Winston signed for Boreham Wood last Wednesday.

I am puzzled......why would Sammy join Browne when last season I understood that the two of them did not exactly see eye to eye???
