Was indeed an excellent performance. All three goals were superb finishes and every player contributed to the result.

 

James Rowe had another fine game and both his goals were expert finishes. Greg Cohen was also good and influential in the second goal with a great pass to Rowey.

 

The defence was solid and James Russell didn't have a great deal to do. Dobbo and Rich Halle worked hard in midfield and are forming a good partnership there.

 

Pitch was appalling but we seemed to adapt to the conditions better than Maidstone.

Totally agree with your thoughts Yellow it was indeed an excellent performance against a decent Maidstone side..

 

We look alot more solid at present and out attacking football has been a joy to watch over the last 3 or 4 games..

 

I would hope that our current run of form and performances will bring more people through the gate but as we know fans can be very fickle..

 

Sitting 3rd in the league is a great acheivement to date and our Manager has to take a huge chunk of the praise for that, he has brought in some excellent players which have brought a different level of quality to our squad and it has been done within the clubs limited budget.

 

Another tough game against Horsham on Saturday who are another side who seem to of hit a rich vein of form..
