Chertsey Town 0, Chessington & Hook United 1

Visitors scored with last kick of the 1st half; Chertsey threw the kitchen sink at them in the 2nd half, but couldn't break down a well organised Chessington team. Pretty impressed with Chessington.

Yep agree with above re the Camberley game. Yes I was near the burger bar but settled for a Chicken soup. Mr Red Spot would be best advised to use the correct hand before commenting on my location :)

frimley green 2-1 westfield

FG played for an hour with ten men and battled their way to victory with a late winner. Our finishing was appalling and when on target their keeper saved everything.... must improve drastically ahead of tuesdays big cup game at home to met police

Goals galore in the CCL today by the looks of it.

Cove scored two penalties to beat Guildford City today, but it was the visitors who dominated for long periods of the match. At least two shots stopped in the goalmouth mud, and our midfield needed hiking boots and oxygen tanks to combat the inclines of the pitch. Pretty sure I saw some rogue cattle grazing near the corner flag as well...

Sounds like sour grapes of course, but the scoreline flatters Cove by at least two goals!

By the way, their captain was useless.

:P

Ouch!!

Took the Judo banter during the match thanks.......

Must change the banter for our away fixture at the Spectrum though.....although i'd save it as there is no chance of hearing you being that far away.....

Maybe a megaphone needed....

yes it does sound like sour grapes......

Red Spot and Flint 700 did you speak to his Highness Kroons by any chance, can you give a description of this person called Kroons that everyone talks about. Is he young, middle aged,or nearly ready for his maker a bit like me.Interesting to see he was spotted at a game that Camberley were near certain to win.I personally am becoming a friend of all things HARTLEY WITNEY,A GREAT BUNCH OF REALISTIC, NICE PEEPS,that i have met face to face including LOUIE,HARTLEY HARE,shame brunty and spence were not there today,Ihope they get promoted back to the iconic premier division of this hallowed league.

Goals galore is right especially as 3 games were off,Wembley v rpv looked good value for money.I took in egham ash the difference was the ability to Finnish both keepers played, both saving a pen each, the huge guy in goal for egham was surprisingly quick on his feet whilst the lttle fella in goal for ash was strong in the air and made several good stops.an older referee done well in the middle and the ge moved well

Molesey 4-Dorking0 ,could have been more, except for some old bloke in goal.

Hat's off to him

Unfortunately our regular keeper, Dan Coote, was unavailable yesterday.

That 'Old Bloke' was our gaffer ! He has played between the stick before, so I'm told.

More to follow, hopefully !

NOT MANY SURPRISES IN YESTERDAYS CCL RESULTS, MAYBE THE WEMBLEY RESULT OPENED UP A FEW EYELIDS.

WENT TO WATCH CHERTSEY AS WELL. YOU'RE CORRECT OLLERS THESE 2 TEAMS GAVE A GOOD ACCOUNT OF THEMSELVES AND ARE A CREDIT FOR CCL FOOTBALL. FEEL PROBABLY THAT A DRAW WOULD HAVE BEEN A FAIR RESULT BUT AS YOU SAY CHESSINGTON DEFENDED STOUTLY AND WERE ORGANISED. CHERTSEY MAY FEEL A LITTLE HARD DONE BY EVEN POMROY COULDN'T SCORE THATS SAYING SOMETHING ! HAVE TO ADMIT THAT SEEING CHESSINGTON AGAIN I HAVE NOT CONSIDERED THEM TO BE IN THE RUNNING AT THE END OF THE SEASON, BUT I MAY BE STARTING TO RECONSIDER.

I SEE MY OUTSIDE PREDICTION BAGSHOT LEA WON AGAIN ALBEIT AGAINST LOWLY BANSTEAD, WHO STILL SEEMS TO BE STRUGGLING. ONE MUST ASSUME ITS BECAUSE OF THEIR PLAYER COMING AND GOING'S ?

THIS RESULT (LOSS) MAY DAMAGE CHERTSEY'S PLIGHT FOR PROMOTION. LIKE OTHERS ON THIS FORUM HAVE MENTIONED BEFORE, ALL THE MONEY THEY ARE 'ALLEGEDLY' PAYING OUT TO GET HIGH EARNING PLAYERS AND 'ON LOAN' PLAYERS DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE BRINGING SUCCESS. IN THE LAST 5 SEASONS ALL CCL PROMOTED CLUBS LOST 4 OR LESS GAMES THROUGHOUT THE SEASON, EXCLUDING WHEN CHIPSTEAD WERE PROMOTED WHO LOST 7 GAMES. WITH ONLY HALF THE SEASON FAST APPROACHING, CHERTSEY HAVING NOW LOST 4 GAMES, IT MAYBE TOO LATE FOR THEM ? BUT, I MUST ADMIT THERE IS LITTLE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TOP 8 TEAMS AND THIS LEAGUE IS PROVING VERY COMPETATIVE WITH EACH CLUB ALL CAPABLE OF BEATING EACH OTHER SO THERE COULD BE MORE TWISTS AND TURNS ALONG THE WAY.

ELFKING, MOLESKIN, YOU'VE BEEN QUIET LATELY ? I NOTICE THE MOLES FORUM HAS GONE VERY QUIET SO I'M GETTING BORED NOW ! SEE THAT THE MOLES ARE STRINGING A FEW RESULTS TOGETHER AND THAT THE DISCUSSION OF SACKING YOUR MANAGER HAS DISAPPEARED ? SO HAVE THE MOLES SUPPORTERS FINALLY ACCEPTED YOUR MANAGER ?

ANYWAY GUYS, NOW WE'RE APPROACHING THE HALF WAY STAGE , THE LEAGUE POSITIONS ARE THERE FOR ALL TO SEE, SO COME ON LETS HAVE YOUR PREDICTIONS TO BE THE CCL CHAMPIONS

HI, TRS WHAT MATCH DID YOU GO TO WATCH AND DID YOU VIDEO IT ?

"Been There" - I only had a passing comment with our illustrious leader 'Kroons' did not really have the time to stop and talk.- As to what he looks like.... I think he has 'used the force' because as much as I would like to remember what he kooks like..... I cannot ... :)

Won 4-0 at Egham, very good result. We took the lead early on then doubled it before Fish saved a penalty and then Blason had a penalty saved himself as well. Then a rare indirect free kick was botched up by Egham and two late goals put the cherry on top of a quite good performance. They didn’t seem to like the fact that we created an atmosphere though, quite pathetic to be honest.

Ah well off to Camberley we go on Tuesday.
