Fans focus forum

Notwithstanding that the specific margate forum has been relatively quiet this week-is it just me-or has this fans focus forum become harder to use this week.

 

Seems to have gone a bit 'squiffy'.

Slowed down; and in particularly when posting, it seems slow to react to what one types-especially if one wants to amend or edit.

 

Maybe its just the laptop i'm using but wonder if anyone else is suffering similar symptons

Hi,

 

The more observant amongst you will have noticed that we now operate shorter URL's.

 

This applies to both forums and topics.

 

Also introduced are similar topics - these will take time to build, so may not be apparent straight away.

 

We are also running a script in the background - this is running every couple of hours or so, speed should not be affected too much - but you might experience a slight slowdown whilst it runs. There is not much I can do about that I'm afraid - but the bulk of this should be completed fairly soon.

 

If you discover any issues, please let me know.
