Acer the enigma. Is he a Burnham player or a Burnham player's dad? As Lloyd Grossman would say in Through the Keyhole, "Let's look at the evidence".

 

Fav players are Muzzy Izzet and Deago (BTW, it's Diego) Maradona. So do Ramblers have a player who is Turkish or of Turkish descent? Hence the Muzzy Izzet choice, and therefore possibly anti-English (In terms of football), so explaining the Diego "Hand of God" Maradona choice.

 

This might also account for the lack of grammar and mis-spelling. Though TBH, that could apply to many people on the forum..... Including me.
