Your Pitch? Will it deffo be on tomorrow? Please reply ASAP

Whats the general opinion about whether tomorrows game will be on or off because of the weather? Last weeks game away to Bedfont was postponed because of a waterlogged pitch & the forcast says rain from Cornwall in hte morning will spread east. As ill have my kids with me the last thing i want to do is drive 200 miles in the rain to find a washed out game!! What do you reckon lads? (& lassies mrs cat!)

 

Is there a pitch inspection & if so what time? Im planning to leave at 9am but could leave it till 10 if it co-insides with an inspection.

There has been no mention of a pitch inspection as far as I know and due to the distance that Frome Town, as a team, will be travelling then I would expect that if there was to be one it would be done by 10am.

 

The pitch should be fine. There has been a lot less rain in this area than last week and the pitch over the last couple of seasons has drained a lot better.

 

As soon as anything is know eitherway we will post on here and the main site.

 

I appreciate that won't help you SouthWestRed but feel free to try and call the club on 01753-860656. I have also sent you a PM with my mobile details if you want to check while travelling to the ground as there is't always someone at the club.
