I think Addlestones is about the best draught cloudy that I know about - that's the one they've had in the Mermaid and the Fighting Cocks.

 

Don't wish to put you to any extra trouble mate, but you'll certainly get the custom from myself, Mr Laz and Mr Thorns, and I think Mr Cynic is quite partial to the stuff too!!

I personally think Addlestones is nicer, especially as it's draught, but Weston's is good stuff too.

I wouldn't be stocking it on draught just yet Mr Zeal, bottles for starters. However if consumption rates are high enough (to give you an idea, it'd have to be at least 80 pints a month) then a pump might be the answer to your prayers....

We have about forty friendlies first, so with Zeals estimate of 17 pints per match, it seems like an investment.

 

Have you thought of opening a little earlier on Satuday and weekday matches? Say 9AM Sat and Noon midweek. I hate having to rush my drinks to get four or five down before the game.

A 9am start on a Saturday sounds like quite a good idea actually. Obviously I would be forbidden from 'selling' alcohol until 11am, however a small donation at 11.01am might get round that little problem!!!!
