Raynes Park v Camberley Town

A workmanlike performance by Camberley tonight saw them come back from 1 down at halftime,to run out comfortable 4-1 winners against The Vale. The interesting thing for me is the fitness levels of the better sides in the Premier Division.Officials were first class not over fussy,in the context of the game.

Also at this one last night and talking to a few people was a much changed Camberley side, Krooner will probably be best to person to ask about it as if not their normal side was a very good result against a pretty much full strength Raynes Park.

Hatton, Messenger, Thripp, Sills, Sheridan, James, Taylor, Pym, Gould, Finnieston, Cobbett. Subs that came on were Lance, Berridge and Brooker.

Only players I recognised from previous games I have seen them were Sills, Sheridan and Cobbett.

Was a good game though in pretty poor conditions, wind was very strong. Raynes Park took lead when their winger went into turbo mode and then crossed for centre forward to finish.

2nd half Camberley equalised with good strike from edge of box before taking lead with equally good goal from similar range. Two good finishes for the last 2 goals.

Tuesday went to Dorking and again a very entertaining game saw Dorkings goal live a charmed life at times but for me they deserved the win for their work, Chertsey defence and keeper had games to forget.

Pitch was poor but people at Dorking very nice.

Couldnt get there last night. At the moment we have a pretty big squad and I would say that all the players are capable of being first team players so although some are not regulars they are all capable. I wouldn't use under strength.

Although had we lost it would certainly been an "understrength side"
