Well I don't technically have 10 weeks. I'm officially on holiday but unofficially I can still go into College whenever this summer and continue with my A2 Coursework to get a step ahead of the rest...

 

What will you be doing Fleet Boy? Going to College?

I'm staying on to do AS's in ICT,geography,history and economics,then i'll probably drop economics for A2. And for the record,yes i do realise doing geography and history is a strange choice but i like them.

I did AS ICT and the Coursework REALLY took the piss!

 

Don't want to put you off or anything, but I know someone who had over 300 pages in their AS ICT Coursework and only managed a 'D'...The reason was lack of content!!!!!!!!

 

If you do the same syllabus as I did, your coursework will be all on Spreadsheets, so if I were you I'd start getting to know Microsoft Excel rather well right now! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />. If in 6 months you think that AS ICT Coursework was bad, you wait till A2 where you Tutor will probably tell you your A2 Coursework is on Databases!!

 

I don't think Geography & History are strange choices. History is a very popular subject at my College and all my mates do Geography too. At least you shouldn't have AS Coursework in Geography!

 

Glad you didn't take Maths! That is REALLY hard at A-Level. Hell I even struggled at GCSE with it, so there was no way I was going to do an AS in that! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
