coffee%20(2).giflooking through the main website at all teams i've noticed Mike Marsh has scored 16 goals so far this season 4 in the reserves and 12 in the 18s - has the current management looked at this lad? were looking for a goal scorer maybe we already have him!!!

 

 

Marsh has come on bounds since last season :futbolbud2: , but I'm not surprise Considering the camp he comes from, but hey’ shhh mustn’t talk about that! :wall:

For I’m sure if JM and PM were to open and unleash their War chest, it would blow most teams away. At ANY Level. :bootyshake:

Marshy does have the happy knack of finding the netexcited.gif Bearing in mind he has knocked in 4 goals for the reserves in probably 6 outings this season, and 12 in around 15 for the U18's I would say that 'in form' would cover it!

Perhaps it's time someone had a good look at JM and PM's outfits and gets a contract or two out before someone else steals them from under our nose.

By the way..SK was spotted at Aveley last week..do you think he may have been eyeing up options for the 1st team?

Marsh is a good prospect but there is a world of difference between u18 football and the Ryman Prem. I also think that putting young lads into poor situations generally has a adverse effect on them.

 

That said I would'nt be anti giving him half an hour against Leyton as that's sort of game we can try out these young lads in without the pressure of a relegation battle.

You would actualy think that some of the points that get raised on this forum would be debated rather than squashed - I made an observation whilst browsing our main website that a player in the current youth & reserve set up has found good form this season, the question i asked was "has the current managemt looked at this lad?" I understand that young players need to be protected from the big world of mens football but there are 17 & 18 year olds playing at step 3 and above
