Windsor & Eton v Frome Town

Well we huffed and puffed but didnt score today. Thought frome were well organised but that was all.

 

However the game was left with a sour taste after your keeper, who had a great game, was possesed by the cheating sprit of Drogba. To try and get someone sent off is disgusting and just as bad as a two footed challenge in my mind. The actions of one of your subs wasnt exactly great either and Steve Rowland had to usher him into the changing room after a few verbals ( from both sides) However the game will always be rememebered for that peice of cheating by the keeper and considering it was pissing it down at the time that is some achivement.

 

South West Fred, hope you enjoyed your visit but i would like to see you try and defend that.

Oh it was 0-0 for those of you who are scared of water!!

 

 

Woody, id like to answer some of your points. Firstly, ive got to admit i never made it to the game. I had little option but to turn around at Exeter. I was gutted as it was the one away fixture i was looking forward to more than any. So, i cant coment on the game BUT...........The game was left with a sour taste? Come on. I know youre going to be biased but surely that coment is just

 

Getting someone sent off on purpose? Agree 100% with you. If thats the case the offending player should be sent off.

 

Always remembered for that piece of cheating? Thats more of that isnt it?

 

I know i would of enjoyed my visit & am gutted i missed it coz from a Frome point of view it was a great point which showed the rest of the league were now not just making up the numbers & if Salter had scored when he hit the post...... who knows??

 

I hope you & the rest of Windsors fans enjoy your trip to Frome next month. Youre all be made very

 

One things for sure. Windsor will have to be well up for it coz Frome will be looking for all 3 points!!!
