James Duncan and aaaron Beech

Interesting subs today.

 

Good to see that Beech is still /back on the scene.

 

 

I thought James Duncan was either a blue peter presenter or member of a boy band;but it turns out he played a few games in midfield for Leyton (not the orient variety ) last season.

Bit of a knackereing journey back so hopefully someone else will google him and find out more.

 

The positives today-no bookings/sending offs/more time to get the team playing as butler wants/one less game for Young to miss/more time for Butler to get some new players in/the pitch was not cut up (hopefully the training did not ruin it ).

 

I seem to recall posting when Butler joined that he needs to be aware that at margate ,you need to have a game plan to cope with the exceptional winds you get at HDP-i was'nt joking.

 

despite the long journey, i think right decision today and glad game was not played as more time for Butler to get the team sorted and we would have lost today.

Saw James Duncan in training - looked a little lost but new lad at club so queit at mo. Can strike a ball tho !

Also a tuesday night replay could benefit us, one of the Wealdstone players was telling us that some of their players may noy be able to make it, work commitments etc...

from what i saw of Aaron beech during pre season he will be great for the club
